Access to and use of this website, including information, tools, products and services is provided by Cosmetic Tattoo Supply, subject to your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

1.2 Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. By using the site (either by visiting, downloading or shopping) you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms as of the date of your first access of the site. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access or must cease access to the website or use any services immediately.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

5.1 All prices quoted on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

5.2 Costs relating to international orders including currency conversion rates that you are charged via your bank may vary and are the responsibility of the customer.

5.3 Your data is secured in transit by establishing TLS/SSL connections.

5.4 SSL Security capabilities and policy for transmission of payment card details (SSL policy)All credit card payments are processed securely through the PayPal. PayPal is a global online payment processor that is trusted by thousands of businesses across the globe.

5.5 We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the website without notice to you.

 

6. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS

6.1 Products available from our Site are subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Our terms of shipping are available here.

6.2 When you place an order, you will receive a reply e-mail acknowledging that your order has been received and your payment has been processed. You will also receive a tracking number so you can monitor your order’s delivery progress. In the unlikely event of delivery problems at our end, we will keep you informed by e-mail of expected dispatch dates. Orders are generally dispatched within 2-3 business days of receiving your confirmed order/payment. Title and risk of loss for a processed order will be passed to you upon our delivery to the shipment carrier.

6.3 Any shipping costs found on the Site or provided by us are only an estimate and subject to change without notice.

 

6.4 We are happy for you to pick up your products from our Locations provided you make an appointment.

 

6.5 If you pick up products from our premises then:

  • we will not be able to assist you in loading heavy items;

  • Products are at your risk from the moment they are picked up by you or your Carrier from our shop / warehouse;

  • you agree that you are responsible for everything that happens after you take possession of the products, both on and off our premises, including damage to property of any sort, belonging to any person.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

7.1 Please refer to our Refund Policy available here.

 

7.2 We do not accept returns unless there was a defect in the products at the time of purchase, or we have agreed in correspondence that you may return them.

 

7.3 Before you return the products to us, please carefully re-read the instructions and check that you have assembled it correctly and complied with any provisions relating to the power supply, plugs and sockets.

 

7.4 So far as possible, the products should be returned:

  • with both products and all packaging as far as possible in their original condition;

  • securely wrapped;

  • including our delivery slip or related dockets;

  • at your risk and cost.

 

8. LIABIILITY FOR SUBSEQUENT DEFECTS

 

8.1 Where we supply new products, we will repair or replace the products which fail to comply with the provisions of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 or which show a defect. If you claim that the item is defective, the following conditions apply:

  • the defect must be reported to us within 7 days of purchase;

  • the defect results only from faulty design or manufacture;

  • you have returned the defective products or parts to us if we have so requested;

  • If we repair or replace the products, you have no additional claim against us either under this agreement or by statute or common law, in respect of the defect.

 

9. INFORMATION ON THE SITE

9.1 Cosmetic Tattoo Supply endeavours to always be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions, pricing and other content. However, Cosmetic Tattoo Supply does not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing or other content on the website is complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free. Content and prices of products are subject to variation or change without notice.

9.2 Cosmetic Tattoo Supply have the full right to reject or cancel any orders in the case of product being listed at an incorrect price, whether payment has been received or not. If payment has been received and your order is cancelled by Cosmetic Tattoo Supply due to a pricing error, we will immediately refund the amount paid for the relevant order.

 

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.1 We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be timely, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

10.2 We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

10.3 Cosmetic Tattoo Supply takes due care in ensuring that our website is free of any virus, worm, Trojan horse and/or malware. However, we are not responsible for any damage to your computer system which arises in connection with your use of our website or any linked website.

10.4 You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
