  • What shipping is available?
    Your Australian order will be sent through Australia Post by utilising the Express Post prepaid “Signature on delivery” option to ensure you have received your order. New Zealand orders will be sent by International Express Post. If you have any questions about delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to make sure you are happy.   • Do you ship internationally?
    Items in this store are available for Australian and New Zealand customers Only. However, if you are in another location and would like to make a purchase, please contact us and we may be able to provide you with a shipping quote.
  • I entered the wrong shipping details at checkout, what should I do?
    If you entered the incorrect shipping details at checkout, please contact us as soon as the order was placed so that we can correct this for you.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major debit & credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept payments via PayPal as well as offering Afterpay at checkout. No PayPal account? No problems! You can checkout as a guest without needing to have a PayPal account. If you have a digital wallet, we also accept payments made with Apple Pay & Google Pay.
  • What's your returns policy?
    If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We advise that refunds are available for all goods with major faults / defects as per Australian Consumer Law.   • What if the product(s) I want to buy are not in stock?
    If the product you’re after is currently out of stock, please contact us and we will let you know when we expect the stock to be refilled.
  • Do you have a shop I can visit in person to browse?
    At the moment we don’t have a location where you can browse our product range and shop in-store. However, please contact us and we may be able to arrange an appointment where you can view the item(s) in person.
